The hotel is quirky, reasonably clean, has perfect staff and location.

Functional hotel, it has great restaurant and perfect location near the center.

I stayed in this funky hotel for 1 day, had such great experience, liked its fantastic location close enough to the main sites, restaurants, train station. I was met by great and courteous stuff at the lobby.

Cheap room, convenient location, pleasant staff. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. It was a perfectly pleasant stay, you could leave a car on site. A wide range of food options close to the venue;)))

Hip new hotel, all of the staff were helpful and polite, stunning location near to the capitol. Nice room.

The venue is cozy, fairly clean and the location is pleasant just next door to clubs & bars as well as National Mall.

The hotel property was small with ideal location short walk to bars, convenient store, clubs. All in all everything was good, yet we had very small bathroom. The breakfast was included and consisted of toast and hot waffles. Free wifi in the lobby, convenient.

Hotel with good value for money. Staff was helpful. Large room with king size bed very comfortable. Cleanliness. correct breakfast. Perfect location within walking distance of the main attractions.

The hotel is being renovated, but it hasn't been too noisy. For breakfast, the hotel would do well to go green and offer real dishes (not plastic or cardboard) and places to sort the garbage (recycling, composting, etc.). It is also not necessary to systematically wash towels.

Excellent location. The hotel has no breakfast, only tea and free coffee. It seems to me that the facilities and service are in keeping with the price.

The reception staff is not super nice.

Good value for money, spacious rooms

It was cold in the bathroom and in the bedroom, the rooms are very poorly insulated. The staff clearly didn't care about the guests, quite "boring".

The Whole Food Market offers good quality products nearby. The location is good, several restaurants near the hotel.

Staff give the impression that they are being bothered when a question is asked. we changed the towels we were given only one washcloth for two and this one was dirty. Considering the price, it is better not to be too demanding, next one I will pay a little more for more quality, also to be closer to the metro. one is a 15 minute walk away

Super location, clean and comfortable. A great place to visit Washington.

No fridge and, unfortunately, noise outside the window from the neighbouring café until late. The door is also leaking, so you can hear the noise from the corridor. But you can withstand it.
